Boro

Boro is a mending patchwork art form originated in Japan,
which i really love and is a big source of inspiration to me.
I combine my patchwork style with the Japanese boro embroidery technique,
using all different fabrics from around the world.

I have a true passion for bringing old clothes back to life and making them even more beautiful than they were before.
Therefore old Blazinbell items that need some retouching after years of intensive use, are always welcome for repair.
It is great to see how the pieces can evolve and be taken to the next level after every repair job.

This makes me really happy!
